These had important consequences for society as a whole, not in the least for the economy and business. <\/p>\n<p>Society as well as individuals and entrepreneurs actively looked for hopeful structures and networks to meet the challenges. An economy concerned with people and the environment was more urgent than ever. Achieving a more optimal balance between economy, technology, ecology and society was central to this.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be1171e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be1171e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Meaningfulness<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9a5de3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9a5de3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Meaningfulness is also crucial. People feel too disengaged and become alienated. This translates into rising figures of workplace burn-out, depression and suicide.
