The 14th cohort of trainees are successfully completing European Leadership Programme.

During the graduation ceremony, none other than Mgr. Bernardito Auza will inspire the audience with his speech. Mgr. Auza is the Vatican's diplomatic representative to the European Union.

The European Leadership Programme is an initiative of JESC, Jesuit European Social Centre. UCSIA is one of the associate partners.

European Leadership Programme (ELP)

The European Leadership Programme (ELP) by JESC is an intensive five-month programme in Brussels designed to train young professionals in responsible and impactful leadership. It combines work experience in EU-related institutions with ethical leadership formation, coaching, and community living.

UCSIA has been supporting the programme since 2020. Every year, we also mentor an ELP Fellow in our operation.

Our New Year's event focused on sustainable partnerships. In conversation with partners from the SOLIGION project and through the photo exhibition Connected in Care, we illustrated what solidarity looks like in practice.
