This book brings together contributions from USOS’s global partner network and explores how local and indigenous communities are responding to the challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, extractivism, social exclusion, and inequality.
During the book presentation, authors and partners will reflect on collaboration, interdisciplinarity and alternative research methodologies. The programme includes an introduction by USOS chair Sara Geenen and coordinator Maria Jose Cordero Fernandez, followed by a panel discussion and closing remarks by Loïc De Cannière (to be confirmed).
Following the event, there will be a reception where the book can be purchased at a discounted price (€30).
