Renovations UCSIA office Prinsstraat 14

If you walked past our office recently, you will have noticed that heavy renovations are underway. DMT Architects’ design fuses the building at Prinsstraat 14 and the historic warehouse on Koningstraat. The works started at the end of November 2022 and are proceeding as planned. The modern office complex with its own auditorium will be ready at the end of 2024. For now, you can find us at Blindestraat 14, just down the road.

A fun detail: during the demolition work, the workmen came across original walls from the seventeenth century. In the modified design, the authentic bricks will remain visible and give our new office a “baroque touch”.
