MYEurope
More than ever, it is necessary to debate experiences, fears and hopes concerning Europe, trying to find out what will be the future of a project in which unity and diversity come together.
Bringing in perspectives from very different angles and backgrounds, the panel joins young students from all over the continent who will present and discuss their views on Europe in the making.
The debate will be hosted by lecturer Peter Hanenberg.
Peter Hanenberg is professor of German and cultural studies at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) in Lisbon and vice-rector for research and doctoral studies. He coordinates the European university network Transform4Europe and was previously a visiting professor in Germany, Ireland and Portugal, among others. His research focuses on the relationship between cognition and culture, as well as on literary representations of the idea of Europe.

European Humanism in the Making of Peace
The 7th edition of the FUCE Summer School invites students and scholars to reflect on how peace can once again become a creative, moral, and cultural project for Europe.
This summer school offers bachelor students the opportunity to engage with leading thinkers, critically analyse the roots and consequences of populism, and explore innovative approaches to strengthen democracy in the 21st century.
