This debate with slam poetry performance, organized by the University Centre Saint-Ignatius, is the closing session of the webinar series ‘Debating Development’, organized by the Institute for Development Policy (IOB) and the University Foundation for Development Cooperation (USOS) of the University of Antwerp.

In this session (in Dutch) we investigate the debate in Belgium, more specifically starting from questions as:

What role has the diaspora to play vis-à-vis the home country?

How does the new generation take this on?

How does collective memory play out in our multicultural society?
